By accessing or using Selltis CRM and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

Selltis provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for industrial sales organizations. The Services include software access, support, and related features as described in your plan.
3. Account and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the Services in any way that could harm Selltis or third parties.
5. Payment and Subscription
Fees for paid plans are billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Refunds are handled according to our stated policy at the time of purchase.
6. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for violation of these terms or for other reasons with notice where required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selltis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.
